Gossip Girl finale???

Can anyone tell me if anything important happens in the season finale of Gossip Girl (ep 18) as I managed to watch al but the last 2 – 5 minutes, before my computer crashed, and it took forever to load, so cba to wait again… Thanks it would be really helpful!
Also who is the guy who talks to blair by the helicopter?
Spotted: B and C kiss at the wedding. This time C wanted to take it slow. So C is taking B to Europe on a Private plain. She’s talks to S before leaving to tell her she is going. B is taking a car by herself to the plane because C wanted to see his dad before leaving. His dad was proud of him because he thinks he’s changing because of B. Also having a real girlfriend to. Then S’s mom walks in with this young girl to help them design. Then C calls her over when the parents leave and gives her a rose. Then he texts B that his dad is running late. So the guy at that was standing with B works for the family also the plane service to make sure te trip is okay. So every goes there own way D goes to V to hang out. S runs into N and they decided to get a coffee together. Then J goes back to making her own clothes again.
